About
A podcast about the game, told by the people in it
Poker Talk Podcast started with a simple frustration: most poker coverage is about hands, and almost none of it is about people. We wanted the other conversation — the one that happens after the cards are in the muck.
We sit down with one guest for an hour. Sometimes it's a bracelet winner. Sometimes it's a floor supervisor, a dealer, a spouse, or someone who quit the game and never looked back. What they share is a real relationship with risk, and something honest to say about it.
There's no house line here. We ask about money, nerve, superstition, loss, and what keeps people coming back. Guests talk because we listen.
